Muscles and Mamas is our unique combination of Pelvic Floor PT and personal training to help all moms be their best self.

We find moms were most challenged and had symptoms of leaking or pain when they were tired, so we developed a combination of pelvic floor PT, training, education, and performance all in one! During our class, we practice techniques and strategies for the pelvic floor and apply them in a workout.

Every class is supervised by a Pelvic Floor PT and a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum trainer. Space is limited to ensure you have hands on instruction each time.

Our 60 minute classes have :

  • Pelvic floor strategies and techniques

  • Mobility and corrective exercises

  • Full body functional strength training

  • Cardio workouts to help raise your heart rate and apply what you have learned

  • Education on pregnancy and postpartum life stages

  • Sleep and Nutrition Guides from expert practitioners in their fields

Each session has a 60 minute Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy workshop before class starts to go over Pelvic Floor mechanics, postpartum expectations, Diastasis Recti self screen and PT assessment, breathing mechanics, and a Q and A session to answer any new mom questions.

This class is designed for any mom to start at 4 weeks or later post vaginal or cesarean section birth. *

Space is limited to keep class size small for personal and customized attention.
