Ally and Kellie are a dynamic duo of postpartum knowledge, making classes both fun and educational! Jumping back into fitness postpartum (and often sleep deprived) can feel daunting, but their energy is so motivating. Being baby-friendly makes it easy to actually commit to attending classes, and there is no judgement when the baby cries or needs changing/feeding. The small class size allows you to feel comfortable asking questions, and ensures you are seen (whether you need a tweak in your form or a modification). 10/10 recommend, you won’t regret it!

I didn’t realize how much I needed Muscles and Mommas! I had pretty bad diastasis recti and didn’t know where to begin when it came to getting back into working out. This program helped me so much not only with getting back to working out safely but also helping me when it came to my postpartum. I was having a lot of anxiety and depression, especially when it came to leaving the house. This gave me a reason to get out with my little one and reconnect with others specifically other moms in a safe environment. This program has given me back my confidence and my motivation to working out. The coaches are so knowledgable snd supportive. I highly recommend it!
