Our 6-week pregnancy series is designed for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters who want to stay strong, mobile, and truly prepared for labor and delivery.
This is more than just a workout—this is training for birth.
Each class is co-led by a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and a Perinatal Certified Personal Trainer, combining expert pelvic floor knowledge and fitness programming in a way that actually makes sense for your changing body. Our small class format is perfect for personalized instruction for your progressing pregnancy.
